As the second month of the year begins with Budget 2025, investors are gearing up for trading. However, to plan your trades better, it is advisable to keep a track of the stock market holidays lined up in February 2025. This holiday calendar is issued by the stock exchanges and is available on their official website

The Trading Holidays complete list is published by the BSE every year. Typically, the list includes festivals and national holidays. Generally, stock markets remain closed for the investors on weekends. As such, investors should rely on this list to understand the schedule of the market and plan their trades accordingly.

Stock Markets Closed On February 1, 2025?

The stock markets will be remain open on the first day of February, which is a weekend. This special trading session will be conducted as the Finance Minister will table the Union Budget for the upcoming 2025-26 fiscal year on Feb 1, 2025, which is a Saturday. As such, equity markets will remain functional for traders from 9:15 AM to 3:30 PM, while pre-market trading will be conducted from 9 AM to 9:08 AM. The commodity derivates market will be open for trading till 5 PM.
