Bill Pulte, the director of the Federal Housing Finance Agency, has filed a new criminal referral against Federal Reserve Gov. Lisa Cook.
The new referral concerns a condominium in Massachusetts that Pulte alleges was first declared a second home and later declared an investment property, according to a social media post from Pulte on X that shows a letter from him to U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi.
The earlier referral alleged that Cook fraudulently declared homes in both Michigan and Georgia as primary residences.
